Hello, This was a very informative video. -I'm a beginner. I thought qi gong was a simpler (and therefore easier) form of Tai chi... I must be mistaken, I was really surprised to see how strenuous these poses are. I'm recovering from an illness, I don't have the strength to do all these exercises safely. Can you suggest a more beginner friendly set?

Thank you so much. I've been having extreme post traumatic stress attacks for weeks. I get very physically sick with attacks so I can't exercise when they're happening. But I could do these exercises and they were so beneficial. I especially relaxed with the opening mudra. The rest of the exercises felt very cleansing. I have some mental space for the first time in ages. I'd like to know more about the breath returning to the root. If you could recommend any resources (eg books/videos) to teach me more I'd be very grateful. I could really do with the help.
